SKU management

You can manage option SKUs to update stock positions in linked ERP systems.
But you can also enter partial SKUs in the options to dynamically compose SKU for the product configuration.
This feature is part of the inventory management add-on
We don’t facilitate APIs to connect to your ERP system automatically. You will need to develop a connection yourselves if you require this.
Field SKUs
You can enter option SKUs for each choice option.
First, head over to WCB > Settings > Configuration and make sure the box “manage option skus” is enabled.
Now head over to your choices and you will notice an additional SKU field is now available.
Enter the corresponding SKUs for each option and save the choice.
You can also assign SKUs to inputs if you need it.
Configuration SKU format
To enable custom SKU format, head over to your configuration form.
Now locate the configuration SKU field in the “Product” tab of the configuration data section.
You can use field IDs for selection values. Something like: PRODUCT-${14}-${18}-${39}
Important: this only works with single select options.
