The option list displays a list of radio’s or checkboxes to allow for single or multiple selections.

Create the option list
To create a new option list, head over to WCB > Choices and add new choice
Next, select Option list as your template and choose your preferred type (label, image, font, url).
Finally, add in the available options to the options list.
