Yes, WCB works with both. You can insert configurator products on any page or template. Or transform WooCommerce pages by linking the configuration to a WooCommerce product.

Go to WCB > Configurations and look for the “Display” column. The shortcode is listed in that column when configuration display type is set to “Shortcode”.

No, we only support one configuration form per page. But we are looking to add support for this in the near future.

No, the plugin does not have limit on amount of configurations you can create. You can create unlimited amount of configurations in WordPress.

No, this is a product configuration plugin. You can add text and images in the product image, but we do not have a designer interface where you can drag and drop items onto the canvas.

Depends on your server speed, but we are confident the plugin handles up to 50 attribute options per choice (or more). There is practically no limit to the amount of options you can add.

Yes. You can control how many options users must or can select per group with our advanced fields add-on

Absolutely. You can add fixed or percentage-based price adjustments for each option.

Absolutely. You can set a fixed or percentage-based price for the field.

Yes! You can define allowed file types and max upload size for each upload field.

Yes you can extend WooCommerce variations with custom options as well. But WCB can also replace the need for WooCommerce’s built-in variations by giving you full control through our own option system.

Yes, if you use WCB visuals feature, you can overlay the uploaded image on the product mockup.

Not by default. You need a plugin like WCB Configurator Builder or a dedicated SKU generator to auto-generate SKUs based on options.

No, not by default. The custom generated SKU is stored in the product meta data. But you can display the SKU on the product page, cart, and emails if you like to

For complex, customizable products: yes, 3D offers more realism and a better shopping experience. But for simpler items, 2D can be more efficient and cost-effective.

While you need to upload a GLB file, you don’t need to create one yourself. You can hire a designer or use existing 3D assets.

If you decide to create 3D models yourselves, you do need to have a basic understanding of 3D modeling, preferably in Blender.

WCB supports GLB (.glb) and glTF (.gltf) a modern, web-optimized 3D format that’s lightweight and fast-loading across devices.

Not necessarily. If your GLB files are optimized it should not affect your website performance. Tip: use compressed models under 10MB, and WCB ensures WebGL compatibility for smooth performance.

Yes, we also support drag and drop controls for 3D viewers. You can drag and resize the position on the 3D model around using controls in the configuration form.
