Track configuration statistics
The WCB analytics add-on allows you to easily track configuration actions like add to cart, request quote, capture image, download PDFs, add to wishlist and send emails
The statistics will only be measured for actions that are enabled in the given configuration.
See conversion rates
You can also quickly see which configurations are best performing based on calculated conversion rates.
The conversion rate is calculated based on total amount of clicks on the main configuration action compared to the total amount of configuration views.
Monitor cart conversion rates
For cart items there is an additional statistic “cart conversion rate”, which calculates the amount of items added to cart versus the amount of items actually being purchased.
This gives you crucial insights in the cart success or abandonment rate.
Know your best performing options
Get insights into your best performing options. The summary shows your top configuration options and input values to help you better understand what your customers like.
This could help you optimize your configuration forms by preselecting the best performing options for even smoother configuration process
Track events in Google
Finally, you can choose to push events to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager for more detailed event tracking.
All events generated by the WCB configurator plugin will start with “wcb_event” (e.g. wcb_event_save for save configuration link event).
